It is getting close to Ghost Tour time at the museum. Last year was a smashing success. During the event we had quite a bit of activity for our groups. Recordings gave us male voices, female voices, and even a child’s voice. We saw flashlights going on and off, answering questions. We felt things brush by us that we couldn’t see. It was remarkable!
Our paranormal group will have many new tools for the groups to use. Patrons are also encouraged to download apps on their phone that detect paranormal activity. Some the apps recommended are: iOvilus (available for android and iphone), digital dowsing (available for iphone), echovox (available for iphone), and portal (available for android). The team also recommends downloading a temperature gauge.
Our paranormal group, Pee Dee Region Paranormal, is experienced and excited to be a part of this event!
The event will be the evenings of October 19 and October 20th. Each tour will last an hour. There will be a tour at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm each night.
Tours will include the Depot, Tornado building, and newly added this year, the caboose
Tickets will go on sale in September. The event is $20 per person. We hope that you will plan to spend a fun and paranormal evening with us in October!
